You will be placed in the activation queue and will be ready to sideload apps within 24 hours.

Can I get a refund?

Once your subscription has been activated, refunds will only be given under rare circumstances. It costs money to activate an account and it is not possible to remove an account.

I bought a new device before my subscription ends, what do I do?

If you have the premium plan, you may request the new device to be added for free. Otherwise you must buy another plan for the new device.
